Registration, Tuition and Fees

During Summer 2009, the tuition of $4,418 per course includes all fees, gratuities, and course materials. Participants are responsible for meals, accommodations, and transportation to and from the course. Full payment is required at the time of registration.

Online Registration:
Payment by credit card: Online registration is the simplest and fastest form of payment. Payment must be made by credit card only. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.

Paper Registration:
Payment by credit card: Payment can be made by credit card. Visa, MasterCard, or American Express are accepted. Include your credit card number and expiration date on the Registration Form.

Payment by check: Foreign checks are not accepted. Checks submitted for payment must be drawn on a United States bank with a United States bank routing number and account number Mica encoded on the check.

Payment by money order: International money orders such as American Express in United States dollars are accepted.

Payment by cash: Payment in cash can only be made in person.
